My goal is one fitness event per month inspired by Brianna Borndal who has participated in one running event per month for the last 2 years.

2012 YWCA Womens Triathalon - 1/29/12

I started my fitness journey this year participating in an indoor triathlon with my daughter Katee.


The event is small approximately 50 people, a lot of mother daughter combinations.  A variety of ages, sizes and athletic abilities - I am mostly inspired and humbled by the number of 60 year old women that are kicking my ass!
 
Best part of this experience...

Training with Katee, post tri wings and jello shots!!!

Life is good!
